I started knitting shortly before the pandemic.
There was an after-work class one day offered by Harvard. My first class went horribly, I couldn’t figure out the “knit” stitch. I left frustrated and convinced I would never knit. When I went home, I knew I couldn’t give up that easily. I pulled up some YouTube videos and hunkered down, I would figure this out. The next week, I showed up at the class, surprising everyone. I’m back, and I can do this! A year later, I’m knitting all sorts of hats and socks!
